Context

Pine Labs wanted to offer short-term loans among other lending features as a product to merchants who currently use their merchant app. Our challenge was to make sure that this is not only quick but also seamless and informative, so merchants could easily avail and use a pre-approved line-of-credit. An exhaustive KYC flow was also created to enable virtual KYC on the app itself without offline intervention.
