Our leave policy is fluid
It literally reads “We are a growing organization, and at this stage, we follow a flexible leave and holiday policy. Our philosophy is to trust your abilities to make the right decisions and towards that end we will share all information that’s necessary. That’s why we want to focus on you, and not specific rules and policies. The guiding principles are:
a) Take the leave that you want keeping your workload and your team’s workload in mind
b) Emergencies or joyous occasions may require urgent leave and we understand that
c) Please inform, as much as in advance, as possible about the leave that you have planned to your reporting manager and teammates
d) Ensure you don’t abuse the freedom you have
