It’s the answers we’re after. Not judgements.

We believe in getting things done. When emails go unanswered, we pick up the phone and ask “What happened?”. We don’t sit around twiddling our thumbs, waiting for the universe to make its move.

We are self-managed, dependable and know how to organize our time to meet the demands of our jobs. For instance, when we work remotely, we take care to have a stable internet connection, power back-up and a general sense of ‘the team depends on me

Not who they come from.

From others and by ourselves. We learn from mentors, founders and our colleagues. But we also learn from YouTube.

We don’t wait for annual reviews to say “That one time last calendar year, you could’ve done this better”

We review and critique our work before it is sent out to clients. 90% of the time we make changes and review it again before we’re satisfied.

We implement processes only when we identify what problems need solving. Not because we want to look smart.

So we can reflect on the year that was, get to know each other closely and have some well-earned fun.
